Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) has an actuatable control element (2) e.g. control lever, attached to a spring element (4) e.g. flat spring and torsion spring, such that the spring element is flexible in a preset direction and has an electrical conductor (5) e.g. electrically conductive thread or wire. The spring element is connected with a rigid solid body (3). The conductor is provided as structure for stretch detection and measurement. The electrical conductor is sewn into a textile material and is inserted into an elastic carrier material e.g. fiber-composite material. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a switching and/or controlling device.
