Zusammenfassung:	The device (100) has a venturi (120) with a cylindrical part (121) concentric to a cylindrical wall (61) of a housing (60). The venturi has an upstream end placed at a level same as that of a housing's upstream end. The housing has a flared wall (62) equipped with two rows (63a, 63b) of regularly distributed orifices. Orifices' axes are in a plane that is orthogonal to the wall and presents an inclination in a direction opposite to an air rotation direction. The orifices are injected with pressurized air at axial speed, where the injected air is contra-rotative to the air injected via bores.
