Zusammenfassung:	The formwork system has an external formwork (2) and a formwork core (3), where the external formwork has a formwork bottom, two longitudinal walls and two front walls that are arranged at the front ends of the longitudinal walls. A coupling machine (31) is designed such that a vertical outward movement of a horizontal element causes a vertical elements (13) to be moved inward, which reduces the distance between the opposite front elements and the opposite lateral elements (15). An independent claim is also included for a method for inserting a formwork core into an external formwork, particularly in the external formwork of a formwork system.
