The invention relates to a method and a device for grinding hot, wet raw material. The invention is particularly suitable for the cement industry and the grinding and simultaneous drying of cement clinker, slag and aggregates. The cooling gas supplies ensures a predetermined gas-product temperature downstream of the classifier and replaces or significantly reduces the disadvantageous cooling water injection.
