Zusammenfassung:	The device (11) has a shaft (19) with a handle (10) at one end and a suction cup (12) for holding the object to be positioned at the opposite end. The suction cup (12) has a ventilation opening (17) and a pressure relief valve (18) opening and closing the ventilation hole (17) as required. A switch (14) working with a rocker arm is located at the handle (10) and can be operated with a single finger. The switch (14) is pushed against the forces of a spring (15) keeping the opening (17) closed when the switch (14) is not pressed.
