Zusammenfassung: | The method involves mixing fibers, binders and charges by impregnation of continuous fiber strands in a cement. A mixture is formed at a temperature between 180 and 220 degrees so that the binders are totally polymerized, without modification of structure of the binders, by removal of material on a friction face, and post-reticulation processing of the binders. The post-reticulation processing is formed of a thermal treatment at a temperature greater than a mixture formation temperature. The binders are subjected to a solution heat treatment with an aqueous solvent e.g. trichloroethylene. |
