Zusammenfassung:	A windshield apparatus (1) for a saddle-type vehicle (2) which can be attached thereto without narrowing a space on a rear side of a windscreen (3). The windshield apparatus (1) attached to a frontal portion of the saddle-type vehicle (2) comprises the windscreen (3) and stays (4) for supporting the windscreen (3). Each stay (4) is composed of a J-shaped member, comprising: a supporting portion (15) provided on a first side thereof, the supporting portion (15) supporting the windscreen (3) from a front side thereof; and a fixing portion (16) provided on a second side thereof that extends rearwards from the first side, the fixing portion (16) being fixed to the saddle-type vehicle (2).
