a calibration circuit connected to the control electrode (G) of the MOS transistor (10), and being adapted w to generate a calibration signal dependent on the capacitance value of the control capacitance;
a driver circuit (20) being adapted to generate the drive signal (S20) with an amplitude dependent on the calibration signal (S30) as determined by the control signal (Sin). |
