Zusammenfassung:The circuit configuration comprises a circuit (8a-8n) for controlling or regulating the current flowing through the electrical device. A main circuit (5) is for switching on and off the electrical device and a driver electronics (6a,6b,7) for controlling the circuit and the main circuit. The driver electronics (7) of the circuit (8a-8n) and the driver electronics (6a,6b) of the main circuit are implemented on the same Integrated Circuit (IC) (10). A part of the entire driver electronics are arranged on a separate IC-surface (12), which is separated by a channel (18).
