Zusammenfassung:	The device has a housing that is held in a hand during utilization and including flat lower and upper housing parts. An operating unit (30) has a keys arrangement (31) and a viewing display panel is accommodated in an upper side of the upper housing part. The operating unit has a carrier unit (33) separately produced from the upper housing part, where the carrier unit is inserted and fixed in a deepened receiver of the upper housing part and manufactured as a support pad. The arrangement and an inspection glass (32) are integrated in the carrier unit under sealing.
