Zusammenfassung:A process for producing a binder resin for electrostatic charge image developing toner, including the step (1) of mixing in combination with a raw material containing a low-molecular-weight resin and a high-molecular-weight resin and the step (2) of simultaneously therewith and/or thereafter removing a volatile component, characterized in that the raw material of the step (1) further contains a wax. Further, there is provided a process for producing an electrostatic charge image developing toner, characterized in that the above binder resin for toner is further loaded with the colorant.
