DISPLAY OF OWN TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE DISPLAY DEVICE OF A MOBILE TERMINAL THAT CAN BE USED IN A TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK

The invention relates to a method for operating a terminal device (1) that can be used in a telecommunication network, preferably a mobile radio network, and that has a display device (2, 3) for optically and/or acoustically displaying information and at least one input device (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) for acquiring information. The access of the mobile terminal (1) to the telecommunication network (11) is provided by using at least one identification (IMSI) identifying the telecommunication subscriber in the telecommunication network (11). A telephone number (20, MSISDN) is allocated to said identification by the telecommunication network (11), said telephone number being recorded on the part of the mobile terminal and displayed by the display device after, preferably single, actuation of the input device (4, 5, 6, 7, 8). The invention also relates to a method for operating a terminal device (1) that can be used in a telecommunication network, preferably a mobile radio network, and that has a display device (2, 3) for optically and/or acoustically displaying information and at least one input device (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) for acquiring information. The access of the mobile terminal (1) to the telecommunication network (11) is provided by using at least one identification (IMSI) identifying the telecommunication subscriber in the telecommunication network (11). A telephone number (MSISDN) is allocated to said identification by the telecommunication network (11), said telephone number being recorded on the part of the mobile terminal and displayed by the display device after, preferably single, actuation of the input device (4, 5, 6, 7, 8). The invention further relates to card-shaped support element (9) of electronic components (10), which can be introduced into a terminal device that can be used in a telecommunication network (11), preferably a mobile radio network (11), and which is provided with at least one identification (IMSI) identifiying the telecommunication subscriber in the telecommunication network (11) and providing the terminal device (1) access to the telecommunication network (11). A telephone number (MSISDN) can be allocated to said identification by the telecommunication network (11). Said support element is configured to carry out the disclosed method by means of a terminal device disclosed by the invention.
