Zusammenfassung:	A transfer-resistant, single phase aqueous cosmetic composition is provided. The composition contains a water-soluble, film-forming acrylic acid- or methacrylic acid-containing acrylates copolymer and a water-soluble ester. The composition is water- and oil-resistant upon drying on the skin, and exhibits high gloss and long-wearing and transfer-resistant properties. Compositions containing pigment also demonstrate high color intensity. The compositions are useful as eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss, lipliner, and other cosmetic products.
