| Zusammenfassung: | The metal component (52,54) has a pattern (56,58,60) which is brought by producing the component in metal injection molding technology by injection molding powder. The wall area (63a-63d,65) of the component forms a single piece in the component integrated deformation body of a pressure sensor (2).The deformation body is deformed by the low pressure fluid, in order to measure the pressure of the fluid by the pressure sensor. A steel powder as metallic powder is used for manufacturing ferritic stainless steel. An independent claim is also included for a method for accidental take up of low pressure placed fluid in casing with pressure sensors for measuring the pressure a fluid taking up casing with a pressure sensor for measuring the pressure. |
