Zusammenfassung:The sensor (1) has a connecting lead (4) connected with an inner conductor (5) of minerally or ceramically insulated connection cables (8) with a metal cover (9). The cover is connected with a rear end of a protective pipe (2) by a metallic sleeve (10). A loop (12) serving as an expansion compensation device is arranged in the sleeve for the lead of a flat measuring resistor (3). A filler material (6) e.g. magnesium oxide, alumina, aluminum nitride or mixtures in powder form, is filled upto the rear end of the pipe, and a ceramic carrier (7) projects over the rear end and above the sleeve.
