Manufacturing structured, surface of packing plate or -foil for printing material leading cylinders for lithographic offset printing, comprises producing (2) a negative mold of a structured exit surface, while the exit surface is galvanically cast, producing (3) a set of positive molds of the exit surface comprising a first cast positive mold and a further cast positive mold, and selecting (4) the structured, surface from the series of positive molds under exclusion of number of positive molds. The negative mold is produced, while as the exit surface a radiated, galvanically produced, anodized micro-structured surface is cast. The negative mold is produced, while the exit surface is cast galvanically in a copper bath. The negative mold before first galvanic casting of the negative mold is passivated. The series of positive molds is produced, while the negative mold is several times galvanically cast (8) in a nickel bath. The surface is chrome-plated (5) and/or is provided with a color repelling and friction resisting coating. The number of positive molds consists of the group of the first two, the first three, the first four, the first five, the first six, the first seven, the first eight, the first nine and the first ten cast positive molds. The copper is softer than the nickel. Independent claims are included for: (1) a packing plate or -foil for printing material leading cylinders; and (2) a printing material processing machine.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren zum Herstellen einer strukturierten, drucktechnischen Oberfläche, insbesondere eines Aufzugs für Bedruckstoff führende Zylinder wie z. B. Gegendruckzylinder oder Transferzylinder einer Druckmaschine, weist Verfahrensschritte auf, wobei:
- eine Negativform (14) einer strukturierten Ausgangsoberfläche (13) erzeugt wird, indem die Ausgangsoberfläche (13) galvanisch, bevorzugt in Kupfer abgeformt (2) wird,
