Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a biological-information processing apparatus and a method, which are capable of measuring a hybridization of a DNA chip without making use of a complex measurement configuration, at a low cost and with a high degree of accuracy, as well as relates to a program and a recording medium. An area enclosed by a spot boundary 461 is divided into spot internal areas 522 each having debris 463 and spot internal areas 521 each having no debris 463. For each of the spot internal areas 521 and 522, a flag f is set in accordance with the reliability of each of the spot internal areas 521 and 522 respectively in order to prevent data of a spot internal area having low reliability from being used. The present invention can be applied to an apparatus for measuring the fluorescence intensity of the DNA chip. |
