Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an interface circuit for an operational device for illuminating means. Said interface circuit comprises at least one connection for a bus line, a selective electrically conductive emitting branch which can be connected to the at least one connection and which is used to route signals from the interface to the bus line, and a monitoring circuit which detects voltages on the connection and which only authorises a connection of the emitting branch with the connection, when the detected voltage fulfils at least one defined criterion.
