Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) has a male part (3) mounted in a female part (2). Spacers (14, 15) are mounted movably on the part (2) to occupy a position in which the spacers cooperate with respective opposite parts (31) of a peripheral surface (6) of the part (3) to lock the parts axially with respect to each other, and another position in which the parts are displaced axially with respect to each other. A screw (20) cooperates with the spacers for transforming rotational movement of the spacers in to translation movement to bring the spacers in one of the positions, when a rotational movement is formed.
