Zusammenfassung: | The plant for biological sewage cleaning, comprises an aeration tank (2) for subjecting the sewage to an activated sludge treatment, and a sludge separator (5) with multiple lamella plates (6), which are arranged above a pure water flow (4) and are obliquely placed in the aeration tank connected with the settling zones (10) at an inclination of 55[deg]. The settling zones are connected with the aeration tank regarding to a sludge water inlet and outlet and with pure water flow. The minimum vertical distance between the lamella plates is adjusted to 80-200 mm. The plant for biological sewage cleaning, comprises an aeration tank (2) for subjecting the sewage to an activated sludge treatment, and a sludge separator (5) with multiple lamella plates (6), which are arranged above a pure water flow (4) and are obliquely placed in the aeration tank connected with the settling zones (10) at an inclination of 55[deg]. The settling zones are connected with the aeration tank regarding to a sludge water inlet and outlet and with pure water flow. The minimum vertical distance between the lamella plates is adjusted to 80-200 mm. The settling zones consist of a base plate, which is guided to the aeration tank and obliquely passed to openings formed in a separating wall. The openings have a lower base wall (16) passing into the base plate of the settling zones. The base plate and the base wall show an inclination of 55-70[deg]. An inlet opening in the separating wall is intended in the upper third height of the lamella plates. The base wall and the inlet opening show an inclination of 55[deg] in the direction of the aeration tank. The settling zone has a length inclining from the hydraulically required number of lamellae. A ventilator is arranged over the total area of the aeration tank. An independent claim is included for a procedure for biological sewage cleaning. |
