The supply line supplies a combustion gas into the combustion chamber. The supply line is operable by using velocity components (Vg) in the combustion chamber, where the components are aligned in a gravity direction. The supply line is formed through a gap between an outer limiting surface of an inner pipe and an inner limiting surface of a supply pipe. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a oven.
