Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an exhaust gas purification apparatus (20) which has an enhanced property of purifying exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine (1) for vehicles, and which is configured to decrease the exhaust gas pressure of the engine (1). The exhaust gas purification apparatus (20) includes an engine head block, where exhaust pipes (6) combine, has a side on which an exhaust outlet is formed, a first catalytic converter (4) that holds a first catalyst (9A) and that is to be coupled to a side of the engine head block (3), a second catalytic converter (5) that holds a second catalyst (9B) and that is coupled to a rear of the first catalytic converter (4), an exhaust pipe that couples the engine head block (3) to the first catalytic converter. Moreover, the first and second catalysts (9A,9B) withstand a temperature equal to/more than 800°C.
