Zusammenfassung:	This invention relates to a rubber composition capable of providing high gripping performances without tire performances such as facture properties, wear resistance and the like and a workability in factories when being used in a tire tread as well as a tire using the same, and more particularly to a rubber composition comprising a rubber component and a particular amount of a reaction product obtained by reacting an inorganic metal compound and a phenolic resin at a particular ratio, a rubber composition comprising a rubber component and a combination of an inorganic metal compound and a phenolic resin, and a pneumatic tire using these rubber compositions in a tread member.
