A signaling unit (5) indicates the configuration, where the units (5, 3) respectively comprise mobile signaling element (12) and mobile disconnection element (4). The mobile element is co-operated with the signaling element to drive the element (12) during passage of disconnection unit from the closed configuration to open configuration.
