Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a medicament injection device comprising a tubular rotator (126), a needle shield (114), a needle shield link (116) being connected to the needle shield (114) and a spring-loaded plunger (128), wherein said tubular rotator (126) is rotationally and slidably arranged at least partially inside said needle shield link (116), and said plunger (128) is slidably and moveably received inside said tubular rotator (126), so as to enable a relative movement between them, and wherein said tubular rotator (126) comprises a number of ridges and protrusions (150, 152, 154) on its outer surface configured to cooperate with guide members arranged on the inner surface of the needle shield link (116) for said rotation of the tubular rotator (126).
