Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to confocal spectral interferometry for recording of separation and form and optical coherence tomography (OCT) and/or coherence microscopy (OCM)with a multi-wavelength source or a tunable source and imaging on a receiver by means of focussing systems, whereby chromatic depth resolution is achieved in the focussing system, for example, by means of a diffractive optical zone lens and a spectral analysis is carried out by means of a dispersive spectrometer, or the interfering electromagnetic radiation is detected by means of wavelength determination and the z-position of the object details determined from the spectrum (for example with FFT) from the knowledge of the depth resolution in the chromatic confocal system and the refractive index.
