Zusammenfassung:	A multi-headed ink-jet system adapted to eject encapsulated liquids is provided, which includes a plurality of concentric piezoelectric members. Each concentric piezoelectric member has a chamber configured to carry a liquid therethrough, and each concentric piezoelectric member is in liquid communication with an exit port provided in a concentric orifice. When each concentric piezoelectric member is actuated, a liquid contained in its chamber is moved near or through the concentric orifice. The plurality of concentric piezoelectric members cooperate to control the ejection of liquids through the concentric orifice to permit one liquid to be encapsulated by another liquid to form an encapsulated droplet.
