Zusammenfassung:	The device has integral fire protection, a plastic collar (13) into which the pipes (11,12) to be connected can be inserted and that provides a passage for sewage in its interior and an expanding material (16) joined to the collar. The expanding material is arranged on the exterior of the collar, which has a preferred break point (22) between two stops (20) for the pipes through which the expanding material penetrates between the pipe ends in the event of a fire.
