Zusammenfassung:	The invention concerns a motor vehicle hood (1) consisting of a skin (2) designed to be visible and of a lining (3) assembled edge-to-edge to the skin, the lining having elongated and substantially parallel alternating recesses (2) and raised parts (9), said recesses (5) whereof the concavity is oriented towards the skin, being distributed over substantially the entire surface of the hood. The invention is characterized in that each cavity consists of two substantially planar side walls each connected to a substantially planar base wall.
