Zusammenfassung: | Dry instant sauce binder (A), preferably in powder and/or granulate form, as fodder with solid components for domestic animals, comprises approximately 10-90% of animal and/or plant albumin or albumin hydrolysate; approximately 5-60% of animal and/or plant fat; and 5-50% of gel forming components; where the sauce binder forms a hydrocolloidal dispersion with a known quantity of water at normal temperature. An independent claim is included for a method for the preparation of the sauce binder comprises mixing the ingredients in dry condition and/or liquid mixtures, where the components of the sauce binder is liquidated in a liquid, and subsequently drying the obtained mixture by spray drying process. |
