The method and composition are particularly well suited for hydrophobic active agents such as serotonin (5HT3) receptor antagonists (e.g., ondansetron), antipsychotic agents (e.g., risperidone), benzodiazepines (e.g., flumazenil), and progestins (e.g., levonorgestrel).
