Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Preparing partial (meth)acrylic esters of dihydric polyalcohols (C) containing different hydroxyl groups comprising subjecting alternatively polyalcohols having primary hydroxyl group(s) and/or secondary hydroxyl group(s) and/or tertiary hydroxyl group to esterification with (meth)acrylic acid or to transesterification with (meth)acrylic ester(s) in the presence of enzyme(s), is new. Preparation of partial (meth)acrylic esters of dihydric polyalcohols (C) containing different hydroxyl groups comprises subjecting alternatively polyalcohol (C 1) having primary hydroxyl group(s) and secondary hydroxyl group(s); or polyalcohol (C 2) having primary hydroxyl group and tertiary hydroxyl group; or polyalcohol (C 3) having secondary hydroxyl group(s) and tertiary hydroxyl group(s), the more highly substituted hydroxyl group carrying in the 0 position an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl radical; or polyalcohol (C 4) having primary hydroxyl groups, of which one carries in the beta - position alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, and/or aralkyl radical and carries in the beta -position no such radical, or polyalcohol (C 5) having secondary hydroxyl groups, of which one carries in the beta -position alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, or aralkyl radical and carries in the beta -position no such radical, to esterification with (meth)acrylic acid or to transesterification with (meth)acrylic ester(s) in the presence of enzyme(s). Independent claims are also included for: (1) a partial (meth)acrylic ester of dihydric polyalcohol containing different hydroxyl groups; and (2) a thermally curable, radiation-curable or dual-cure coating material comprising a partial (meth)acrylic ester.
