Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a system (100) for managing, creating, modifying, and distributing media content. The system (100) permits a user to customize and distribute the media content over a network (120) from a first network device (105), such as a personal computer, to a second network device (110), such as a mobile phone. Prior to distributing the media content, the user can use the first network device (105) to easily and automatically convert the media content from a first format to a second format that is recognizable and usable by the mobile device (110). Using the disclosed system (100), a user can easily and quickly access a media file and convert the entire file, or a portion thereof, to the second format.
