Zusammenfassung:	The device has a semi connecting rod (12) having one end (12a) connected to a driving rotating system (16), and another semi connecting rod (14) having an end (14a) connected to a driven rotating system (18). A cross bar (20) has a rotating shaft (22) and two arms (24, 26), where ends of the arms are connected to other ends (12b, 14b) of the rods, respectively, for causing inverse displacement of the rods. The bar is mounted in a case (28) formed by upper and lower plates, where end edges of the lower plate have two aligned passages in which the ends (12b, 14b) are displaced to slide.
