A head (1) presents flanges (11, 12) symmetric with each other for locking the semi-branches in one angular position and for elastically spacing the semi-branches with respect to each other in another angular position, such that the plier is selectively anchored on a support (S) using the notches and locked by the forced connection of the semi-branches.
