Medical electrode arrangement comprises a purely mechanical contact (K) arranged between an electrode (1) and a line (5) and consists of a supporting sleeve (8) in an electrode body (2) on which the electrode sits and a cutting zone on the inner side of the electrode and in electrical contact with the core (6) of the line. Preferred Features: The electrode has an inner thread (11) as cutting zone on its inner side for screwing onto the line section to be contacted. The supporting sleeve has an outer thread (10) which corresponds with the inner thread of the electrode to screw the electrode and supporting sleeve together with simultaneous production of the electrical contact.
