Zusammenfassung: | The method involves placing a base time at four distinct temperatures, and memorizing four pairs of values in a non-volatile memory (6). The values are utilized by a digital circuit (7) for calculating an error correction, by a second or third degree polynomial, based on an electric signal (Vs) produced by a temperature sensor (4) and for correcting a non compensated frequency signal (Fosc) to produce a corrected signal (Fcorr) whose frequency is proportional to reference frequency and independent of the temperature, where the signal (Fosc) is produced by a crystal oscillator (2). An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a temperature compensation method. |
