Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to transparent varnish used in industries such as parquet, wooden furniture, paper, plastic and the like and not including any volatile organic material and the production method thereof. The method realized in order to achieve the objects of this invention mainly comprises the following steps: using an UV-curable polymer or oligomer resin without any volatile organic material within the reactor, making the reaction medium acidic, adding nano-sized metal oxide particles to the mixture, adding silanes to the system, modifying the surfaces of metal oxides with the structure obtained, removing the alcohol and water formed during the reaction, leaving the gel formed for the completion of the reaction, thinning the gel with a reactive thinner after the completion of the reaction, curing the final product in UV oven by adding photo-initiator.
