The cleaning head bends outwardly on the base of the vessel when it is pushed into it. The cleaning head fits the contours of the base and walls of the vessel. Preferred Features: The hoop is made from a flat plastic strip (4) which is joined to a cleaning material. The cleaning material has textile fibers (5) on the outer side.
