Zusammenfassung:The device has a control unit to determine a limiting adjustable pivoting angle (alpha bu) of a headlamp between upper and lower limits of a velocity of a motor vehicle based on a linear function of the velocity. A second order filter filters the pivoting angle in one range of the velocity lying below the lower limit of other range of the velocity. The lamp is pivoted based on a curve radius when the vehicle velocity is greater than zero. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a pivoting angle of a curved light headlamp of a motor vehicle.
