Zusammenfassung: | Production of a ventilator propeller vane, containing a blade and a shaft of fiber-reinforced plastics (FRP), as a unitary, integral construction with a chamber wall of FRP filled by a lightweight core (24), involves placing the core, covered with a fibrous structure, in the cavity of a multi-part mold (20); closing the mold; injecting a flowable resin matrix is injected to impregnate the fibrous structure; and demolding the dimensionally stable, solidified product. An independent claim is included for a ventilator propeller vane as above, where the vane is strengthened up to the shaft by a continuous or stepwise increase in wall thickness and an increase in the number of fibrous layers in the wall. |
