Zusammenfassung:	A high-frequency spray device is provided that is suitable for applying a coating fluid onto a substrate. The spray device can include an atomizing arrangement, a movable substrate holder, a gas supply, and one or more temperature control elements. The atomizing arrangement can include a resonance body which may have a trumpet-like shape and which can be excited to produce high-frequency vibrations that may provide a spray mist jet of the coating fluid. The spray device can further include a field arrangement capable of generating an electric and/or magnetic field in the region containing the substrate which may influence the deposition of the spray mist jet on the substrate. The spray device may also include a suction arrangement that can affect the shape of the spray jet mist and/or withdraw a portion of the spray jet mist.
