Zusammenfassung:	Each of the power amplifiers (15) and (16) is provided with a current command device (17) that outputs a current command signal to be supplied to each of the electromagnets (4) and (5) based upon a current target value, a power amplifier (18) that amplifies the current command signal and supplies the resulting current to each of the electromagnets (4) and (5) and a current detecting device (19) that detects the current flowing through each of the electromagnets (4) and (5). The current command device (17) feeds back a current detection value supplied by the current detecting device (19) so that the current detection value is made equal to the current target value.
