Method for classifying signal segments

The method involves determining signal sections (16.i,20.i, 22.i) formed from a radio signal aggregate and determining starting times of the sections on an absolute time scale. Time pattern points are defined on the scale, where relative temporal states of the starting times are determined at each corresponding point. The sections are assigned to each emitter based on their relative temporal state with respect to the corresponding point. An independent claim is also included for a computer program product with program code-units that are stored on a machine-readable storage medium for implementing a method of assigning signal sections of a signal aggregate to a respective emitter, when a computer program is executed in a computer or a digital signal processor.
