Zusammenfassung:	The device has pads (30) that are in contact with a circular surface (28) coaxial to a control ring (26). Pivoting vanes e.g. variable-pitch vanes, are connected to the ring via a lever (20). The lever has an end fixed to the ring via a crank pin (24) and another end mounted on a pivot of the vane. The crank pin is disposed radially on the ring. Each pad is fixed to a pad carrier (32). The pad carrier is fixed below the control ring by bolt type attachment systems (38). The attachment systems are assembled through top of the ring. A spring is placed between the carrier and the pads.
