Zusammenfassung: | The method of repairing an one-piece bladed disc (1) of a turbo machine having damaged zones by metal recharging in the damaged zone using a recharging machine, comprises preparing the damaged zone to obtain a zone of defined profile to be repaired, and checking the one-piece bladed disc using fatigue test. The metal recharging is carried out on a test piece called start-of-run test piece having a defined profile. The recharging machine is a laser beam machine having the operating parameters, which are preset. A quality of the test piece is verified after the step of recharging. The method of repairing an one-piece bladed disc (1) of a turbo machine having damaged zones by metal recharging in the damaged zone using a recharging machine, comprises preparing the damaged zone to obtain a zone of defined profile to be repaired, and checking the one-piece bladed disc using fatigue test. The metal recharging is carried out on a test piece called start-of-run test piece having a defined profile. The recharging machine is a laser beam machine having the operating parameters, which are preset. A quality of the test piece is verified after the step of recharging, which is carried out by a metal fusion using a laser beam. The zone to be repaired is recharged without changing the operating parameters of the machine. After the zone is repaired, the step of recharging is called an end-of-run test piece, which is identical to the start-of-run first test piece. A constituent metal of the disc is a titanium alloy (Ti17 or TA6V). The damaged zone is located on a top of the blade (3), and is a leading-edge corner (31) or trailing-edge corner (32) of the blade. The non-destructive and/or destructive tests are carried out for checking the quality of recharging. An independent claim is included for a start-of-run or end-of-run test piece. |
