Zusammenfassung: | It consists of a plate (1) that presents at its proximal end a tubular ending (2), together with a pair of side wings (13) with orifices (14) that act as anti-rotational means, allowing respective screws or the side arms of a staple to be inserted through them, to prevent the plate's tendency to rotate in correspondence with the axis of the femur's neck. Within the tubular ending (2) a telescopic screw is inserted, which on one part configures a cancellous screw for insertion and fixation to the femoral neck and in its other half defines a telescopic arm that plays within the tubular ending (7) that is fixed thereto with the help of a compression screw. In the distal zone of the plate (1) there are compression orifices (17-17') for the device's fixation screws to the other portion of the bone. |
