Zusammenfassung: | Method for continuous catalytic hydrogenation of hydrogenatable compounds in solid catalysts arranged in the fixed bed with a gas containing hydrogen, comprises carrying out the hydrogenation in at least two hydrogenation units connected in series and operating at least one of the two hydrogenation units in loop method, where for the hydrogenation units, catalyst volumes are used, which can vary by maximum 20% of the catalyst volumes. Method for continuous catalytic hydrogenation of hydrogenatable compounds in solid catalysts arranged in the fixed bed with a gas containing hydrogen, comprises carrying out the hydrogenation in at least two hydrogenation units connected in series and operating at least one of the two hydrogenation units in loop method, where for the hydrogenation units, catalyst volumes are used, which can vary by maximum 20% of the catalyst volumes by determining the kinetics of the hydrogenation; calculating the required catalyst volume for the assigned reactor types with given reactor initial and -final concentrations; determining the required total catalyst volume by combination of the calculated catalyst volumes, where respectively only such combinations are made for desired assigned final concentration to lead hydrogenating educts; generating a curve from the determined total catalyst volumes applied against the reaction; determining the minimum of the generated curve; and determining the minimum assigned catalyst volumes of the individual hydrogenation units. An independent claim is also included for a composition obtained by the method. |
