Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Kit of inserts; (2) Clamping element; and (3) Hinge element (100) for the clamping elements Preferred Features: Two casing elements are provided for the jaws of the clamping element and are connected together via a connecting bar. The holding sections are straps and parts of the jaws of the clamping elements are surrounded between the assigned casing elements.
