Zusammenfassung: | The live food water organisms, in particular Artemia naupplii or rotifers, suitable as a feed for larvae of aquaculture organisms, are allowed to develop in at least one aqueous medium to which at least one antibacterial is added which comprises silver in an antibacterial form. A toxicity reducing agent, in particular a complexing agent such as thiosulphate, can also be added to the aqueous medium to enable to use higher amounts of antibacterial silver. Further a plant alkaloid, in particular berberine, was found to provide synergetic antibacterial effects with silver. |
